Cancellation Policy
Illness, Emergencies & Holidays
The work that you do with Audrey has your health and wellbeing at its core. The time and money that you spend on your therapy is in aid of you. Therefore, once you have contracted to work together with Audrey, you do so in an understanding that in respect of your commitment to yourself, and for my time as a professional therapist, you will endeavour to make each appointment.
If you can not make it to an appointment, please try to cancel or amend your booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled sessions. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours are subject to a £50 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to the full session fee.
If you choose to contract a regular weekly or fortnightly session throughout the year, you will have two sessions that can be cancelled for holiday or illness without charge. Appointments are otherwise allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pricing
From 2026, prices are streamlined so that the fee is the same whether we meet online or in-person, at the Bath Clinic or the London clinic. For those facing a personal crisis who cannot afford my standard rates, I offer a pro bono rate of £35 per hour for up to three sessions, followed by a referral to two therapists whose fees match your budget.
